- Which AI tools are in use, approved or not, and who pays for them
- What goes into them: code, customer records, contracts, financials
- Where that data ends up, and what the tools' terms allow
- Where AI is already saving time, so the rules don't take it away

1 min read ·The AI Use Check is a one-week review of what your team already does with AI, what company data is leaving, and the three rules to set now, delivered as a short written report and a one-hour call. Your people are already using AI, often in tools nobody approved. In one week I find out what they use, for what, and what company or customer data goes into it. You get a short written report, a one-hour call, and the three rules to set now.
A short report in plain language, in English or Arabic, with the three rules to set now and why each one matters. Then a one-hour call to walk your leadership through it.
The AI Readiness Audit (two weeks) is the upgrade: your data, the risks, the few uses of AI that pay back, and a costed roadmap. Most companies take it after the Use Check, not instead of it.
Very little. Mostly short interviews and a questionnaire for the team, plus read-only looks at tool settings where you allow it.
That is not the point. The report describes how AI is used, not who did what, so people can be honest.
Other fixed-scope work is paid half when it starts and half on delivery.
