The Diagnosis is a two-to-three-day senior review of your system that ends in a written report listing at least three problems, each with its cause, the fix and a fixed price for that fix. Two to three days with a senior engineer inside your system: code, database, integrations, reports or the way your team already uses AI. You get a one-hour call and a written report: what is broken, why, what to fix first, and a fixed quote for fixing it. The report is yours, whether or not you hire me again.

At least three documented problems, each with its cause, the fix and a fixed price for that fix. All I ask is access within two working days and that you join the one-hour call where I explain the report.

02

Whatever is costing you the most right now. Usually it is one of these:

  • Pages, reports or month-end jobs that have become slow
  • Integrations that fail silently: payments, ERP, POS, shipping, webhooks
  • Legacy code nobody wants to touch, with no tests
  • AI tools your team already uses, and what data goes into them

A short written report in plain language, in English or Arabic. Each problem comes with the evidence, the business impact and the order I would fix things in. Then a one-hour call to walk through it, and a fixed price for the fix, so the next decision is easy.

Most bad software projects start with a big estimate built on guesses. A few days of looking first means the fix is scoped on facts, and you can judge how I work before committing to anything larger.

05

Read access to the code repository and, where relevant, a copy of the database or a read-only login. An NDA is signed before any access.

No. The report is yours to use with your own team or anyone else.

Nothing upfront. A one-page scope is signed, you give access, and the fixed price is agreed after a free 20-minute call, before any work starts.

Mostly Laravel and PHP, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), common ERPs and POS systems, payment and shipping APIs, and AI features built on large language models.
