AI integration and automation means putting AI and automated steps into the system you already run, so repetitive work happens on its own: a support assistant, a WhatsApp chatbot, documents read into your system, orders synced, reports written. It is built in Zapier, Make or n8n when that is all you need, or in code when that is the better option, with customer data redacted, tests before anything acts alone, and every step logged and reversible.

01

  • WhatsApp: answering common questions, taking orders and bookings, and handing over to a person when needed
  • Orders and stock: your online store, POS, ERP and accounting kept in sync, so nobody re-types an order
  • Documents: invoices, forms and contracts read into your system
  • Email and messages: sorted, routed, and drafted replies waiting for a person to approve
  • Reports: the weekly numbers pulled together and summarised, without anyone copying cells
  • Your own case: if someone does the same steps every day, it can usually be automated
02

The tool follows the job, not the other way round. When Zapier, Make or n8n can do it reliably, you get a workflow your team can see and adjust without a developer. When the work needs more control, higher volume or stricter privacy, it is built in code inside your system. Often it is both: a no-code workflow for the simple steps and code for the parts that must not fail.

03

  • Redaction: personal data is removed or masked before any model sees it
  • Evaluations: a test set of real cases the feature must pass before launch, and again after every change
  • Limits: the feature refuses to invent prices, availability or policy, and hands over to a person
  • Monitoring: if an automated step fails, it retries safely and alerts a person instead of failing silently
  • Logging: every input, output and decision is recorded so you can audit it

The AI assistant on this site runs on the same principles: layered checks against prompt injection, a screen on every reply, and a hard rule that it never quotes a number it was not given.

AI features and automations vary too much for a list price. After the AI Readiness Audit or a short call, you get a fixed price for a defined scope in writing.

Automation runs fixed steps for you, such as copying a new order into your accounting system. AI integration adds judgement to a step, such as reading a messy invoice or answering a customer in their own words. Most projects combine both.

Yes, when that is what you need or already use. When code is the better option, for control, cost at volume or data privacy, it is built in code. You get the recommendation and the reason before anything is built.

Yes: replies, bookings and orders on WhatsApp, and orders and stock kept in sync between your store, POS, ERP and accounting.

Whichever fits the job and your data rules: hosted models from the major providers, or open models run on your own infrastructure when data must not leave.

Yes, including Gulf and Egyptian dialects, with the same guardrails and a human handover.

It is designed to fail safely: low-confidence answers go to a person, and every decision can be traced and reversed.
